The Transportation Planning and Engineering (TP&E) Division of El Paso County is responsible for the planning and management of the different phases of major roadways, pedestrian infrastructure, public transit, and aviation. This includes everything from planning and development, funding acquisition, PS&E, and the construction phase of each project. The division ensures coordination with multiple local, state, and federal agencies for the development and implementation of long-term plans to improve the safety, quality of life and infrastructure of El Paso County.
