Please mark your calendars to join us for the 2025 ACEC Texas Summer Public Affairs Conference set for June 19-22 in Beaver Creek, Colorado. The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort will be our host hotel.

With sweeping views from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort offers guests a luxurious year-round escape in Colorado’s Vail Valley. The summer bring activities including fly fishing, river rafting, and 4x4 rides. In addition to golf being planned for three days, we will have a noon time Social Hour on Friday, June 20th and White Water Rafting Adventure scheduled for Saturday, June 21st.

You also have the option of flying into Denver International Airport, which is 130 miles (2.5 hours) from Beaver Creek, with daily service from American Airlines, Southwest Airlines & United Airlines.
