ACEC Texas has finalized plans for the 2025 ACEC Texas Annual Meeting, which is scheduled to be held March 29th & 30th at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort in Cedar Creek, Texas.
The Annual Meeting will officially kick off on Saturday, March 29th with the golf tournament followed by the ACEC Texas Chapter Roundtable for local chapter leaders with the Welcome Reception & Dinner closing out the night.
On Sunday, March 30th, the day will begin with the Public Policy Council Legislative Breakfast followed by Business Practice Seminar ending with the Annual Board Meeting / General Membership Meeting.

For the 2025 Annual Meeting, all attendees must make their own room reservations. For those of you needing accommodations, a block of rooms is being held at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort at a rate of $309.00 per night for a Standard Room. To make your reservations, please call the hotel directly at 512-308-1234 and refer to the ACEC Texas Room Block. The room block will be held until Thursday, February 27th.
