Please mark your calendars for the 2024 ACEC Texas Winter Public Affairs Conference, which is set for December 5th - 8th in Indian Wells, California. Our host hotel will be the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort.

A block of rooms is being held at Miramonte at a rate of $229.00 per night for a King Room. The block will be held until Friday, November 8th. Sitting on 11 expansive acres of olive trees and fragrant citrus groves, Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, CA, boasts sweeping views of the Santa Rosa mountains. The preferred airport is Palm Springs International Airport, located 30 minutes from the Resort.

As usual, our meeting will begin with a reception on Thursday evening, with business meetings Friday and Saturday morning with afternoons open for golf and other activities. The meeting will conclude with a dinner on Saturday evening. The highlight of the meeting will be presentations from a distinguished group of legislators.

For those arriving early, golf has been scheduled for Thursday, December 5th at the famed PGA West Nicklaus Tournament Course, past host of the American Express Championship. Golf on Friday & Saturday will be played at the Indian Wells Golf Resort. In addition to golf, we have a Private Safari with Giraffe Feeding planned for Saturday afternoon at the Living Desert Zoo & Gardens
