Thursday, November 14, 2024
8:00 am to 12:30 pm
If relationships are so vital to our business development and project delivery, how can we nurture relationships with our biggest clients without the client using this relationship against us? How can we preserve profitability when scope begins to creep? Learn how to negotiate and create thriving client relationships built upon profitability and satisfaction from a consulting negotiator serving ACEC member companies.
This is an instructor-led, participant-centered workshop designed to build habits and change in behavior for all attendees using a systems-based approach to negotiating strong agreements from project pursuit to final handover and beyond. Participants will receive a copy of Dan's book, "Life or Death Listening" and several job aid resources.
