The 2026 ACEC Texas PPC Summer Conference is set for June 11-14, 2026 in Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada. Our host hotel will be the Fairmont Tremblant

Fairmont Tremblant is a luxury alpine resort at the base of Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, offering modern chateau-style lodging, pools, spa, fine dining, and immediate access to hiking, and the pedestrian village for adventure and relaxation in a picturesque setting. The summer brings activities including fly fishing, river rafting, and 4x4 rides. In addition to golf being planned for three days, we have a lake cruise luncheon on Friday, June 12th and a White-Water Rafting Adventure on Saturday, June 13th.

Mont Tremblant is best accessed via Montreal International Airport, which is served by all major US airlines (including American, Delta & United). Please remember, if you plan on attending the 2026 Summer Conference, you will need a valid passport. 

In order to travel to and from Canada via the United States, Canadian law requires that all persons entering Canada carry a valid U.S. Passport.  If you do not have a valid Passport, here is the application link: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html

For those who need to renew their passport, you can now accomplish that online.
