ACEC Texas has finalized plans once again to sponsor the Monday night banquet at the 2025 Transportation Short Course Conference in Bryan/College Station by hosting our 24th Annual ACEC Texas Fajita Fiesta for the attendees on Monday, October 13, 2025 from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

Along with a fajita buffet, there will be a cash bar during the event serving beer and wine. Passes to the Fajita Fiesta are available for $50 per person.

Passes can be purchased onsite at the registration desk starting at 6:00 PM.

Also, we are seeking your help in co-sponsoring the banquet with ACEC Texas and other member firms. This is a great opportunity for your firm to network with TxDOT personnel and at the same time represent ACEC Texas.

We have two levels of sponsorship:

- Level I: $850 – Non-Booth Sponsor

- Level II: $1,500 – Booth Sponsor (Sold Out)

Once again, we will pre-assigned booths for firms who select a Level II Sponsorship. We will assign the booths as sponsorships come in. So, when you show up on the day of the event, you will know exactly which booth belongs to your firm.
